Dr. Morgan is from Tripp, a small, farm town in southeastern South Dakota where she attended Tripp-Delmont High School. While in high school she was involved in many sports and extra-curricular activities. She knew she wanted to have a career in some type of healthcare growing up, but wasn’t quite sure which path she wanted to take. She ended up attending Dakota Wesleyan University and majored in Athletic Training.

While at Dakota Wesleyan University, Dr. Morgan quickly realized that she wanted to pursue a career in chiropractic. It allowed her to be involved in the healthcare field while taking a more holistic approach. She shadowed and worked for her hometown chiropractors for a summer and immediately knew that was the path for her. After graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training degree, she moved to Davenport, IA to begin her next journey. She attended Palmer College of Chiropractic and graduated in February 2023. While at Palmer, she learned many valuable skills including comprehensive orthopedic and neurological examinations, radiology interpretation, and multiple different adjusting techniques. Dr. Morgan utilizes mostly diversified, drop table, and activator adjusting techniques.

In her free time, she enjoys drinking coffee, going to farmers markets with her husband, Damon, snuggling her daughter Karsyn, watching a good TV show, and playing with her two dogs, Barkley and Koda. She looks forward to getting involved in the community and everything else it has to offer!

Dr. Casey Varick is a native of the Black Hills region being born and raised in Hot Springs, SD. Dr. Varick started pursuing his career in chiropractic as a sophomore in high school when he began to shadow his local chiropractor. It was his high school’s mentorship program that afforded Dr. Varick the opportunity to begin to learn about the chiropractic profession. Within the first couple weeks of the program Dr. Varick knew he wanted to become a chiropractor.

After fulfilling his pre-requisite requirements at South Dakota State University and UNLV, Dr. Varick attended the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic. Palmer is the fountainhead of chiropractic and was founded by Dr. Daniel David Palmer, the “inventor” of chiropractic. While at Palmer, Dr. Varick received first hand instruction from the best chiropractors in the field. Dr. Varick also provided chiropractic care to underserved people in Salvador, Brazil through Palmer’s clinic abroad program.

Dr. Varick performed a voluntary internship program during his final trimester at Palmer. His internship was performed in Bellevue, WA where he learned several aspects of chiropractic that helped him to become a better-rounded health care provider. Dr. Varick graduated from Palmer and travelled back out to Bellevue, WA where he began his associateship with Dr. Mark Thompson. Dr. Varick learned many valuable aspects to chiropractic care from Dr. Thompson and considers him to be one of the best chiropractors he has ever been associated with.

After his associateship, Dr. Varick decided to move back to the Black Hills and open a chiropractic clinic to help serve the people of South Dakota. He is very excited to be back in the Black Hills and extremely excited to be a part of the Rapid City community. He looks forward to helping as many people as possible gain optimal health through excellent chiropractic care.
